Return Policy

Apparel

• We are happy to accept apparel returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value.

• Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be received undamaged, unworn, and in clean condition to qualify for a refund.

Printed Products

• The Still Anthology, Still Compendiums, and other printed Still materials are currently not eligible for returns or refunds.

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us to arrange for replacement(s).

Make a Return

• To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number. We will then provide return shipping information.

• Package your item in the original packaging and ship it back to us.

• Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 days for processing.

• If your return is accepted, please allow 7 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
