Room Requirements
Minimum Horizontal Wall Space:
Each poster will need about 5.5 feet of wall space [36” poster, 5” between poster and its description, description average 7” wide, 18” between the description and the next poster]
Based on the above, the recommended minimum amount of wall space for the twelve posters is 66 feet, horizontally.
Additional space will be required for show signage, the video, as well as the mounted photos if they’re being included.
Minimum Wall Height:
8’
Posters should not be hung closer than 2 feet from the floor.

A collection of 24 mounted behind-the-scenes photos from the Still photoshoot—the life-changing shoot where a flattie went topless for the first time, another received her first hug from another flattie, and that two 30-year veterans in the fashion industry deemed the shoot the best of their careers. Shipping
Posters will be individually rolled and boxed and shipped in a master carton along with the hanging rails.
Add ons will be boxed and shipped separately.
Poster Descriptions and Hanging Recommendations will be provided via a Google Doc link.
The video will be provided via a Dropbox link.
Poster Care
The posters are susceptible to scratching and scuffing. Please handle with care.
Please take care not to crease, ding, or mar the canvases.
Please handle poster edges with care as they are unfinished and unsealed.
Keep the posters dry and away from liquids and moisture.
Canned air is recommended to remove dust. Alternatively you can very gently wipe the canvas with a soft cotton cloth. Be aware of seams and edges on the cloth that could scratch the surface.
Hanging
Aluminum hanging rails clamp onto the top and bottom of each poster. No tools are needed.
Practice opening and closing the hanging rails to get the feel for how quickly they clamp BEFORE putting them on the posters.
Note the bottom of the poster may initially curl but will straighten out on its own, typically well within 24 hours.
To Attach Rails to Posters:
Unroll the poster onto a clean, flat surface. Using a clean, dry drop cloth under the poster is recommended. Do not step on or place items directly on the poster.
Open the hanging rail and place it alongside the top of the poster.
Carefully insert the edge of the poster into the rail.
Make sure the poster is square to the rail and centered.
Close the rail to clamp the poster into it.
Repeat this process to attach the second rail to the bottom of the poster.
The top rail will hang on the two provided screws.
Use a level to ensure it is hung straight. Posters that are not hung straight may buckle in the corners along the hanger.
Add the screw caps to cover the screws once the poster is hung.
Return Shipping
The exhibit should be carefully repackaged the way it was received and in the original packaging to ensure it arrives at its next destination undamaged.
Still will provide shipping labels but please consider donating the shipping fees as we are covering all project expenses out-of-pocket.
When you receive the exhibit:
Please open it immediately to check for damage.
Let us know asap if posters or hangers are damaged so we can arrange replacements. Reprinting a poster and hangers can take a week, minimum, not including shipping. We will do our best to get replacements to you before the show opens. This may require expediting printing and shipping. Rush charges may be applicable.
If packaging arrives damaged and is not suitable for outbound shipping:
Please replace the damaged packaging with equal size, high quality packaging.
If the posters or hangers are damaged while at your venue:
A poster that is scuffed, scratched, creased, or dinged is considered unshowable and will require replacement.
Hangers that are severely scratched or aren’t holding posters securely are considered unusable and require replacement. Some light scratching or scuffing is to be expected.
You are responsible for the cost of replacing posters and hangers that are damaged while in your possession. Each poster costs $305 to reprint. Hanging rails are $30 to replace. Shipping charges will apply.

How Still is Funded?
Well, it isn’t actually. Still is what we call a no-money-fun project. Simply put, a no-money-fun project is what happens when creative friends who love to work together come up with an idea, and then make it happen—without being money being involved.
Why? Because it enables untethered and innovative creativity with few parameters like a client brief or budget. The process is rewarding. The result, inspirational.
The entire Still creative team is donating their time and talent. The motivation for this project simply isn’t money. Still is happening through collective and incredibly deep generosity—and the drive to create something meaningful.
